A Building Completion/Defect Report is a post construction of new build inspection to identify any and all defects, incomplete work and/or poor or sub tradesman standard finish. The resulting report endeavours to identify if the builder is responsible for any given defect and recommends completion and/or rectification works to be undertaken. It is usual to have a Building Completion Report carried out after practical completion of building works and prior to expiry of standard builders warranty periods.
